Nintendo unveils new version of Switch model with upgraded battery life

The battery size is twice than the earlier versions available at price similar to the earlier version. Nintendo Switch will be available next month in the markets. 
The Japan-based electronics company Nintendo has reportedly announced a new version of its video game console - Switch.
For the record, as compared to its earlier versions, the battery size of Switch has doubled owing to an updated chipset, the silicon of which may be found in Nintendo Switch Lite.
Apparently, while the present available version of Nintendo Switch has an operating battery life ranging between 2.5 to 6.5 hours, the latest version will feature an approximate 4.5 to 9 hours of gameplay when in portable mode.
As per reliable sources, the increased battery life allows the gamer to play processor intensive games like 'The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild' for an approximate time of 3 to 5.5 hours.
According to trusted sources, the portable Nintendo Switch Lite will be launched on the 20th of September 2019 at a cost of 199.99 pounds excluding the games. As compared to the standard switch version, the screen size of the newly launched console may be smaller, that is a 5.5-inch screen as opposed to the 6.2-inch touch screen.
According to industry experts, Nintendo may launch the much-awaited second-generation Switch 2 next year. The console would have thinner bezels and a bigger 1080p touch screen.
Reportedly, the new gaming console will hit the stores next month at a price similar to the existing Nintendo Switch i.e. 279.99 pounds
